Celebrating female collaborators - Terri, Lis, Louise and Michelle

Continuing with the International Women’s Day 2022 theme, I am continuing to celebrate the women who have contributed to making Simply Zoë possible, meet these rock stars!

Terri – I’ve known this amazing woman for around 27 years. A few years ago, she made the brave decision to leave the corporate world where she had been incredibly successful to go it alone – her steely determination has led to success as an independent business owner. I admire her and appreciate her suggestion of the name Simply Zoë. When she said it, it just felt right!

Lis – What can I say, we were born 7 days apart, our mums in beds next to each other in the maternity ward. We have known each other for almost 47 years! She is one of the most capable people I know with one of the biggest hearts and the laughs we have had over the years have been epic! She drew the first draft of the Simply Zoë logo and was integral in its development.

Louise – We met in Geneva in 1999 and are part of the old guard that is still here. I’ve never met anyone with more energy than Louise, so once I found out her second pregnancy was triplets, there was no doubt in my mind that if anyone could handle 4 children under the age of 2, it was Louise! Louise worked on the Simply Zoë logo after Lis and came up with the almost finished product before it went to a graphic designer for completion.

Michelle – We have been friends for 37 years. The most eclectic of my friends, she has travelled the world and worked in all sorts of areas. She is without doubt one of the strongest people I know and makes me laugh until I cry! While brainstorming words for our charitable endeavor, she suggested FEARLESS. and we knew she’d hit the nail on the head.
